With water in the bladder and liquid flavoring inside the flavor cartridge, adjust the dial to the desired intensity, and drink from the straw to release flavor into the mixing chamber for your perfect flavor every time. Or turn the dial off for plain water.

You can! To avoid staining, it is recommended to use un-dyed or naturally colored supplements and flavors.
